Kenny Roche, founder and principal of KMR General Contractor, is a California-licensed general contractor with more than 20 years of experience across construction, finance, and project management. Specializing in commercial interiors; fitness studios, restaurants/commercial kitchens, and retail spaces. KMR bridges the gap between creative vision and fiscal reality.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Michigan, Kenny looks at construction through a dual lens of craftsmanship and financial strategy. This powerful combination helps to mitigate risks, optimize resources, and deliver top-tier commercial spaces that align perfectly with his clients' operational and budgetary goals.
